As an award-winning scientist-practitioner, Dr. Lizette translates the latest research into actionable tools and strategic solutions to solve complex workforce  and work-life problems.

Using a strengths-based cognitive-behavioral approach, she empowers high-potential talent and leaders so they can do their best work as their whole selves with more confidence and less stress.
